Refund policy
All sales on customised or personalised items are final therefore they are non refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if an item is faulty and if the customer has contacted us within 72 hours of the delivery arriving. Customer will be required to send the item back to us so we can inspect the item before any refunds or replacements are made. ALL RETURNS OR COMPLAINTS must be from the customer who purchased the item, not the recipient.
